Situated on a one-acre lot, this five-pavilion residence is centralized towards an interior courtyard to provide maximum privacy for the Owners. An eight-car garage was created using four two-car connected garages of various heights rotated 45° to minimize impact on the surrounding neighborhood. A “floating wall” greets visitors upon entering the Foyer and provides a privacy shield to the interior courtyard beyond.
